4.3 If your account remains inactive for 90 days without renewal - After this period, your account — including all associated files, folders, and data — will be permanently deleted. Storing inactive accounts incurs high costs, and we are unable to keep them indefinitely. To avoid data loss, please renew your hosting as soon as possible.

5.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MakigoHost shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from MakigoHost servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, MakigoHost shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of MakigoHost servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

6.0 Identity Verification

We carefully evaluate new accounts to determine high risk orders. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account as you may have been selected randomly. Please provide the requested information at your earliest convenience to ensure that your account is set up as soon as possible.

7.0 Billing

At this time we bill monthly and annually, depending upon the plan. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days we would be happy to provide you with a full refund (For some special offers the money back guaranteed day will be varied; and Domain Name registration fee is non-refundable). We accept Visa, Master Card, MTN and VODAFONE MOBILE MONEY American Express, Discover Card (PayPal). For Webhosting plans we will setup your account after the invoice is paid. Clients are encouraged to pay by Card as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.

8.0 Late Payment and sanctions

Pending invoices must be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice due date. Any invoice that is outstanding for more than seven (7) days may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. If you fail to pay the fees as specified, MakigoHost may suspend or terminate your account and pursue the collection costs incurred by MakigoHost, including without limitation, any arbitration and legal fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees. MakigoHost will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account. Late payment of invoices will attract a fee of 25%

9.0 Pay in advanced

We give you the ability to deposit funds in your accounts with a minimum of ($5) and a maximum of ($500) It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account

10.0 Refund Policy

Products and services eligible for a refund, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase (“Refund Period”). In the event you purchase a product that includes a free domain name, if you cancel the product, the list price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount. The list price is the price of the domain name listed on our website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price. In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund of the same product.

10.1 Non-refundable Products and Services.

We don’t offer a refund for the following services;
1. Domain Names (Registration or Transfers)
2. Our Domain add-ons (ID Protection, Email Forwarding and DNS management)
3. Hosting add-ons

11.0 GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

1. Your use of this Site and the Services, including any content you submit, will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
2. You agree to provide government-issued photo identification and/or government-issued business identification as required for verification of identity when requested.
3. You will not copy or distribute in any medium any part of this Site or the Services, except where expressly authorized by MakigoHost.
4. Below are some illegal manners that will put you in a serious trouble when using our service.

12.0 Our Backup Storage Policy

Each cPanel account is eligible for up to 20 GB of JetBackup storage. cPanels exceeding this limit will be automatically excluded from our backup system. If a cPanel account requires backup space beyond 20 GB, resellers have 3 options: Set up their own remote JetBackup destination (Google Drive, S3, FTP, etc.) you can learn how to do that here JetBackup Setup Or review those accounts to ensure users aren’t storing large, outdated zipped files, and delete them if necessary to free up space. Or purchase additional backup space from us whenever you need that. This policy helps us ensure long-term sustainability while giving you full control and flexibility over your data.

13.0 Our "UNLIMITED" Storage Policy

Our unlimited storage offering is designed specifically to support the regular needs of websites—such as storing website files, databases, and emails. It is not intended to be used for purposes such as backup storage, file sharing/hosting services, multimedia archiving, or any form of data warehousing. Storing large quantities of compressed files, backups, videos or personal archives violates our Fair Usage Policy. If an account is found to be using storage in a way that adversely affects server performance or is inconsistent with normal website operations, we reserve the right to restrict, limit, or remove such usage to ensure optimal performance for all users.

14.0 DECLEARATION

Hosting your site and buying a Domain Name from MakigoHost . You acknowledge and agree that:
1. You accept our terms of service
2. Your account information is correct
3. You have no “evil” intentions
4. Your User Submissions are entirely voluntary

15.0 DISCLAIMER

MakigoHost cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by MakigoHost are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by MakigoHost are not directly owned or written by MakigoHost. Moreover, MakigoHost holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as MakigoHost sees fit. FURTHERMORE, MakigoHost retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification. But be assured the you will have a great experience with us if you abide by our policies and terms of services correctly.
