These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Website and Services.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our website or services if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to MakigoHost. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement, accesses your account, or utilizes our products and Services. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.

MakigoHost reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement and any associated policies at any time, effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement as last revised. We may periodically alert you of changes by email, so please keep your account contact information current.

1.0 Account Eligibility

Our products and Services are available only to Users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any access or registration by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and violates this Agreement.
• If you use the Services on behalf of another party, you represent that you have express legal authority to bind that party to this Agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including an administrative email address hosted on a different domain than the one you are signing up for.

2.0 Registration & Accounts

2.1 Your account will be created based on the registration credentials provided by you.
2.2 You must not allow any unauthorized person to access or use your account.
2.3 You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized account activity.
2.4 You must not use another person's account without express written authorization.

3.0 User Login Details

3.1 Your user ID must not be misleading or impersonate any other person or business.
3.2 You must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding your login credentials and passwords.
3.3 You must notify us immediately if you suspect any password disclosure.
3.4 You are solely responsible for all activity originating from your account due to password security failures.

4.0 Cancellation, Suspension & Deletion

4.1 MakigoHost reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify account details at any time in our sole discretion with or without notice for policy violations.
4.2 Clients may cancel their accounts at any time through the billing portal.

5.0 Limitation of Liability

MakigoHost shall not be responsible for claimed damages (including incidental or consequential damages) resulting from server downtime, service unavailability, data loss, or file corruption. All damages shall be strictly limited to the immediate termination of service and applicable pro-rated service credits.

6.0 Identity Verification

To prevent fraud, new registrations are screened for risk factors. If selected for random account verification, please provide the requested government-issued ID or photo verification promptly so our billing department can approve your setup.

7.0 Billing & Subscriptions

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Mobile Money (MTN & Vodafone). Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

8.0 Late Payment & Sanctions

Invoices must be paid within seven (7) days of the due date. Accounts with invoices overdue beyond 7 days are automatically suspended until all pending balances and late collection fees are settled.

8.1 Account Suspension & Data Purge (6 Months)

Accounts suspended for non-payment are permanently purged after six (6) months. Clients intending not to renew must download their own local backups prior to expiration.

9.0 Account Deposit Funds

Clients can deposit advance billing credits into their account balances (Minimum: $5 USD / Maximum: $500 USD). Advance credits are applied automatically to unpaid or upcoming invoices.

10.0 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible web hosting products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a free domain was bundled with your plan, the standard non-promotional retail fee for the domain will be deducted from your final refund amount.

10.1 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain Name Registrations & Transfers
• Domain Add-ons (ID Protection, DNS Management, Email Forwarding)
• Hosting Add-ons & Custom Admin Setup Services

11.0 General Rules of Conduct

Users strictly agree NOT to host, post, or distribute content that:

• Promotes illegal activities, hacking tools, or malware.
• Promotes child exploitation or adult pornography.
• Promotes terrorism, violence, or hate speech against people or property.
• Engages in mass spam, unauthorized network scanning, or phishing.

12.0 JetBackup Storage Allocation Policy

To maintain sustainable backup infrastructure across our platform, each cPanel account is allocated up to 5 GB of automated JetBackup storage space.

13.0 "Unlimited" Storage Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited disk space is intended strictly for active website operational files, databases, and business emails. It is NOT to be used for cloud file storage, media archiving, video hosting, or personal file sharing. Accounts violating Fair Usage will be restricted.

14.0 Prohibited High-Risk & Financial Websites

*Exception:* Legitimate logistics/technology companies using words like "trade" (e.g. TradeTech, UrbanTrade) are permitted upon verification. Violations carry immediate account termination and a **$50 reactivation/penalty fee**.

15.0 Email Sending Restrictions

To preserve global IP address reputation, outbound cPanel emails are capped at:

• Maximum 50 emails per hour per cPanel account.
• Maximum 200 emails per day per cPanel account.
• Mass marketing, newsletter blasts, or purchased list emails are strictly forbidden.

16.0 cPanel Resource Allocation

Every cPanel account is provisioned with high-performance CloudLinux resource caps. Here is what each allocation means for your website...

• vCPU Cores (2 Cores): The site's brain power. Handles calculations, processes code, and generates pages.
  Example: Like having 2 dedicated chefs in a kitchen processing orders simultaneously.
• Physical RAM (2 GB): The short-term memory used to process active requests, run plugins, and query databases quickly.
  Example: A larger counter desk allowing your site to hold more active visitor data in memory at once.
• I/O Speed (2 MB/s): Read and write speed to the server's SSD storage.
  Example: How fast files (like images or database backups) can be saved or fetched from disk.
• IOPS (2,048 Read/Write operations/sec): The maximum number of individual file read/write actions allowed per second.
  Example: Allows thousands of quick database checks every single second without stuttering.
• Entry Processes / EP (20 Connections): The number of dynamic PHP scripts (like loading a WordPress post or submitting a checkout form) executing at the exact same millisecond.
  Example: 20 active checkout registers open at once. Since a LiteSpeed server finishes each checkout in 0.1 seconds, 20 EP can easily handle hundreds of active visitors per minute. Static files like images don't count!
• Number of Processes / NPROC (100 Total Tasks): The total background limit for all active tasks running on your account simultaneously (including database queries, cron jobs, and admin panel clicks).
  Example: Like having 100 available staff slots on duty behind the scenes so your site never freezes during maintenance or heavy updates.
• INODES (Unlimited): The total number of files, images, emails, and folders you can store on your cPanel account.
  Example: Unlimited individual file items stored inside your disk allocation.

17.0 Client Declaration

By registering or maintaining services with MakigoHost, you explicitly confirm that your account details are authentic, your service usage complies with local laws, and your content submissions are entirely lawful and voluntary.

18.0 Final Disclaimer

MakigoHost shall not be liable for loss of profits, system crashes, or network disruptions Because Certain hardwares and routing infrastructure, Payment systems etc are provided via upstream partners. To solve the issue of data lost, we take daily, weekly and monthly backups of every cPanel account. Also, we reserve the right to deactivate non-compliant accounts without advance notice.
